Why design and produce this bulb?
We produce LED corn bulb for traditional lamp replacement since 2013. At that time, we mainly produced 12-54w corn Bulbs for 3-50w CFL and 50-135w HPL replacement. We serve a lot of distributors and project contractor. Some of the project contractor want higher power LED bulb to replace 250W-400w HPL, 150W-400W SON, 175W-1000w MHL bulb, so there are many 80-200w corn lamps in the market.

But the high-power LED bulbs on the market have these problem:
1. The size of high-power LED bulbs is too big,bulbs cannot put inside the old fixtures.
2. The weight of high-power LED bulbs is too heavy, E base is falling down and potential safety problems.
3. LED bulb replaces traditional lamp, and the light distribution is poor.
So in 2017, we designed this small size and high lumen LED bulb with the help of our customers, which is called genius bulb by our customers.

The diameter of our 80W=12800lm LED bulb is 70mm.
The diameter of othe brand 80W=10400lm LED bulbs on the market is 105-115mm and length 275-295mm.

The diameter of our 175W=28000lm LED bulb is 99mm.
The diameter of othe brand 200W=24000lm LED bulbs on the market is 130-135mm and length 360-370mm.

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. MOQ=1pcs. Sample test available.

Q: What about the lead time?
A: <50pcs, we can ship in 5-7 workdays after payment made.
50-500pcs, we can ship in 10-12 working days after payment made.

Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Ship air to door takes around 15 days.

Q: What happens if my product failures?
A: The product failure rate is around 0.3%. If the products are damaged during transportation or test broke, we will replace new lights to you.
